Day 1: Mexico D.F.
Arrive Mexico City airport, time to buy pesos and transfer to Hotel Ritz at the Historical Centre.  Free afternoon, dinner on your own. 

Day 2: Taxco (Magic Town)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Coach to Taxco. Pueblo Magico.
Halve way to Taxco we will do a guided tour of the archaeological site of Xochicalco and admire the ball courts, the impresive pyramid of the Feathered Serpent, plazas, and the astronomical observatory, among others.  Xochicalco is one of the most beautiful archaeological sites in Mexico and has been declared human heritage by UNESCO.
A delicious typical lunch will be served at Taxco, including a regional drink: at the terrace of a well-known local restaurant with an incredible panoramic view.
After lunch we will have time to visit the beautiful colonial church of Santa Prisca and the local market as well as the silversmith boutique-museum .Free time to enjoy Taxco.  
This afternoon, transfer in “sapitos” local Volkswagen taxis, to the spectacular tram that will take us to our wonderful hotel Monte Taxco.
This evening we will enjoy a Saturday night fiesta at the hotel, including, a welcome Mexican dinner, wine, trovadores and Banda music as well as the traditional “chinelos” dancers and fire Works…

Day 3: Cacahuamilpa
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out;  on our way to Mexico city we will do a guided visit to  the impressive Cacahuamilpa Caverns        
Latter this afternoon  we will stop for  a picnic lunch at an open air restaurant called “Los Limones, under the shade of lemon trees , including the famous “molcajetes with meat, chicken, chorizos and cheese. Presented in a hot volcanic rock dish. Mexican tap beer included
Arrive Mexico City and Check in at the Hotel Ritz Historical Center. Only 5 minute walk from the “Zocalo”, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the National Palace.  Dinner on your own.
Optional activities. The spectacular National Folkloric Ballet at the Palace of Fine Arts...                     

Day 4: Villa de Guadalupe And Teotihuacan
Buffet breakfast at the hotel and depart for a visit of the most visited church in the American Continent.  The Basilica of our Lady of Guadalupe. An opportunity to learn the different aspects of the Mexican religious culture... professional group picture included.                           
Next we will leave Mexico City to place ourselves in front of the largest pre-hipanic ceremonial center: Teotihuacan.This 2,000 year old archaeological site will give us a clear idea of the greatness of pre-colombian Mexico.
Arriving at Teotihuacan, we will see an interesting demonstration of the traditional drink of the Mesoamericans, “pulque” and a demonstration of the artisans working with obsidian rock.
After this an exquisite Mexican dinner with music animation at a local restaurant.              
The guided visit will give us time to climb the pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, optional
Return to the hotel and dinner on your own.

Day 5: Xochimilco
Buffet breakfast at the hotel and guided visit of the Mexico City historical down town.     To admire the Constitutional Plaza and the famous Diego Rivera frescos at the National Palace as well as the remains of the Aztec Templo Mayor and time to visit the Metropolitan Cathedra.
For lunch we will go to Xochimilco, the floating gardens, to enjoy a succulent picnic lunch on board gondolas or “trajineras on the famous Canals: a traditional meal will be served on board to the rhythm of trios and marimba music, accompanied by tequila and refreshing margaritas. Free time for shopping and return to our hotel.  Dinner on your own.      

Day 6: Queretaro And Guanajuato
Buffet breakfast at the hotel and Check-out to continue on to the old mining town of Guanajuato.  On the way we will make a stop at the colonial city of Santiago de Queretaro for lunch and to enjoy its beautiful colonial historic centre.  Both cities are part of UNESCO world heritage.
Arrival at the city of Real de Minas de Santa Fe de Guanajuato...  Check in at our hotel, the confortable Holiday Inn Hotel...
Tonight grand fiesta with the “estudantina”:  Young musician students, dressed in Spanish XVII century customs will accompany us as we walk along the cobbled streets and alleys of Guanajuato enjoying the serenade and drinking “porrones” of fine wine while offering red roses to the señoritas…  This is called “callejoneada”         Dinner on your own. Return to our hotel.

Day 7: Guanajuato
Buffet Breakfast at our hotel. 
For our city tour we need to use mini buses because of the tunnels, alleys and narrow streets of Guanajuato...
We will visit the ex-hacienda of San Gabriel de Barrera and its graceful gardens, the under grown streets, presa de la Olla, El Pipila monument and lookout point and we will use the tram to descend and visit the Juarez Tether at the down town historical Centre. 
A delicious typical lunch will be served in a well-known Guanajuato restaurant.
We will have plenty of time to relax and visit the city arts and crafts market, plazas and parks...  
Return to our hotel…  Dinner on your own.

Day 8: Guadalajara
Buffet breakfast at our hotel and Check-out to continue on to Guadalajara, “the Pearl of the pacific...  
Guadalajara is home of the Mariachi, of the rodeos, of the tequila and of good humor, in its historical Centre we find plenty of parks, monuments, flower garden, and gracious homes. Upon our arrival we will visit the barrio of Tlaquepaque to enjoy the typical regional dishes including a local drink; all of this while enjoying the notes of the mariachi music...
Tlaquepaque is known for its friendly ambiance and its streets closed to traffic where we find many boutiques, art galleries and cafes.   Free time for shopping or relaxing.
Check in at the hotel Morales, colonial building located in the hearth of the city. Dinner on your own...

Day 9: Tequila Magic Town
Buffet breakfast at our hotel and depart for the magical town of Tequila. Upon arrival we will watch a video on the farming of tequila and a guided tour of the old Casa Cuervo, famous tequila hacienda; tequila samples and a delicious margarita will be served.  Time to shop for tequila and local arts and crafts...
Depart for Teuchitlan where we will enjoy a succulent meal at a typical restaurant by the lake.  Including a drink...
After lunch, we will go down town Teuchitlan and Guachimontones to visit the original conical pyramids.
Return to our hotel and get ready for our special Mexican cuisine farewell dinner at, La Fonda de San Miguel Arcangel...
Return to our hotel. 

Day 10: Mexico D.F. or Extension to Vallarta
Buffet breakfast at our hotel and check-out
Transfer to the airport or coach to Puerto Vallarta for a 3 day stay at an all-inclusive beach resort...
